International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.
Please note that we do not have control over customs inspections or international carrier delays and therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Shipping times do not include processing time and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volumes.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing includes:
- order verification
- quality check
- packaging
- carrier dispatch preparation
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer than usual.
Delayed Deliveries
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In rare cases where tracking has not updated for 30–60 business days, we may issue a replacement shipment after review.
Delivery delays are more common during:
- holiday seasons (October–December)
- promotional events
- severe weather conditions
- customs inspections

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lumeyas is not responsible for packages that are:
- returned as undeliverable
- refused
- unclaimed
- shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@lumeyas.com.
Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Separate Shipments
In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple packages due to:
- warehouse availability
- backordered items
- shipping weight restrictions
- fulfillment from different warehouse locations
If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking information may be provided separately.
