Refund Policy – Lumeyas

At Lumeyas, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • $10 return shipping fee
    • $5 processing fee
  • All shipping and processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount

Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Sale & Promotional Orders

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items purchased during promotional campaigns, including but not limited to:

  • Buy One Get One (BOGO)
  • 50% OFF promotions
  • Bundle deals
  • Flash sales

Returns and exchanges are only available for full-price purchases.


Exchanges

We offer a one-time free exchange for eligible full-price orders.

Please note:

  • Once a free exchange is accepted, the order becomes non-refundable
  • Promotional items are excluded from free exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • defective
  • damaged during shipping
  • or incorrect

Contact us immediately at support@lumeyas.com and we will gladly send a replacement.

However, refunds or replacements will not be granted for products damaged through customer misuse or improper handling.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Subscription Orders

Refunds for subscription products are only available on the first order.

For all recurring subscription renewals:

  • Refunds will not be issued
  • Customers may cancel anytime before the next billing date

To cancel your subscription:


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition and packaging
  • with tags attached
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time
